This website replaces SearchingfortheMind.com, JonLieffMD.com, and TheSecretLanguageofCells.com. It is co-authored by myself and my new partner, Mike Rowen. Our books on cellular intelligence can be found in the "Books" menu above.
You will find my old blog posts as well as new blog posts that Mike & I will be writing, all focused on the latest scientific experiments, discoveries, and theories related to the mind. The "Theory" menu contains a preview of a theory we are developing which suggests that mind is a fundamental aspect of our universe. The full theory will be the subject of a joint sequel we have begun writing which is expected to be published in 2027.
Welcome to my new website!
As with my prior websites, everything on this website is grounded in scientific theory and evidence. We will be exploring mind at many scales of nature including humans, animals, insects, plants, fungus, bacteria, archaea, organelles, viruses, and even molecular scale creatures that live inside cells. We will also explore the possibility of mind in the realm of quantum physics where most quantum mysteries revolve around the fact that simply observing quantum scale matter influences the behavior of that matter, suggesting a deep connection exists between mind and matter at the quantum scale.
